Through our services, you can learn how to manage such threats. Our Counselor will help you recognize your stress symptoms and their effects on your life, train you to manage these symptoms and enable you to deal with them. You will be trained towards Lifestyle management so you can take charge of your cognitions, feelings and behaviours and avoid consequent anxiety attacks, depressive symptoms and health problems such as hypertension, heart disease, obesity due to stress.
